Win-Win for Palm Beach County

Jupiter Medical Center is pleased to announce the Administrative Law Judge overseeing the case related to the Tenet/Scripps proposed hospital has ruled in favor of Jupiter Medical Center.

We stand by our position that the proposed hospital is not necessary and duplicative of the services currently offered to our community. We believe there is a way for the 13 hospitals in Palm Beach County to work collaboratively with Scripps Florida to help them be successful and realize their return on investment. We look forward to beginning that process. As we have stated from the beginning, we support Scripps and the important work that the scientists are doing.
